Dr. Ruth R. Malabiga is a registered Guidance Counselor and Psychometrician with extensive experience in both human resource development and student guidance counseling. She has held roles as Director of Human Resource and Development and Guidance Counselor, and has a strong interest in psychology, mental health, and labor laws.
Dr. Malabiga holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Education majoring in Guidance and Counseling, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology. She is an active member of the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association and the Psychological Association of the Philippines.
Her recent academic contributions include presenting papers at the 5th International Conference on Interdisciplinary Research Innovations (ICIRI 5.0) in 2023 and the Psychological Association of Philippines Convention in 2024, as well as publishing research in the Globus Journal of Progressive Education in 2024.
With over 20 years of experience in education, Dr. Malabiga continues to inspire as an educator, leader, and guidance counselor, committed to promoting the psychological well-being and development of students.

Dr. Olivia P. Almario

Dr. Olivia P. Almario, LPT, Ph.D., is a dedicated academic leader and researcher with a strong background in educational leadership and management. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership Management from La Consolacion University Philippines, where she conducted research on factors affecting senior high school students' career choices.
Her research interests include teacher education, educational management, curriculum development, and student employability. As a passionate advocate for academic excellence, Dr. Almario actively contributes to interdisciplinary research, faculty development, and data-informed decision-making in education.
Her work has been widely presented and published in international conferences and refereed journals, reflecting her commitment to advancing educational practices.

Dr. Maria Lourdes D. Cervantes

Dr. Maria Lourdes D. Cervantes is a dedicated academic and administrator, holding a Doctor of Business Administration degree from La Consolacion University Philippines.
Presently, serves as the University Registrar, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of academic records. Dr. Rhia also holds the position of Program Head for the DBA and MBA programs in the Graduate School Department, guiding and mentoring future business leaders.
She is an active member of ARHEI3, PCDEB, IASPER and IRES. With a strong commitment to making a positive difference, Dr. Rhia is passionate about contributing to a better quality of life and fostering environmental sustainability.

Dr. Joseph Erol T. Cuevas
Program Head MAN
Joseph Erol T. Cuevas is an academic leader, researcher, and clinician dedicated to advancing nursing and healthcare education. He holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Management and a Master of Arts in Nursing, both from La Consolacion University Philippines (LCUP), where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bulacan State University in 2010. Currently serving as the Dean of the College of Allied Medical Professions at LCUP, Dr. Cuevas oversees multiple healthcare programs, including Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, and Respiratory Therapy. He has led significant innovations in curriculum design, faculty development, and student-centered initiatives. Previously, he served as Program Head for Nursing and Assistant Dean at LCUP, as well as Chief Nurse at a private hospital, where he improved healthcare operations and mentored young nurses.
Dr. Cuevas is a prolific researcher, with notable studies on leadership traits, graduate tracer studies, and the role of company nurses in Saudi Arabia. His work has been presented at national and international forums. He is also active in professional organizations, including the Philippine Nurses Association and the Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing. Dr. Joseph D. Espino

Dr. Espino is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Master of Science in Information Technology, and Doctor of Information Technology. His research interests include Mathematics Teaching and Educational Leadership.
He has served as an academic administrator for nearly two decades. She currently serves as the Director of Student Affairs and Services at La Consolacion University Philippines (LCUP), where she leads initiatives aimed at improving the overall student experience and success. An accomplished scholar, Dr. Galvez has an extensive portfolio of international research publications, including works published in Cosmos: An International Journal of Management, International Journal of Education and Research, and International Journal of Advanced Research.
Her research spans diverse areas such as academic performance, student satisfaction, and the impact of scholastic abilities on board examination outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE) in History, a Master's degree in Library Science (MAED-Library Science), and a PhD in Educational Management. With her extensive academic background, Dr. Haz has established herself as a prominent figure in the fields of library science and educational leadership.
In addition to her teaching and research, Dr. Haz serves as a Technical Assessor for the Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) program in Region 3, where she contributes to the evaluation and improvement of library science education. She is also a PACUCOA Accreditor, ensuring the quality and standards of higher education institutions. Dr. Jeffrey Dela Cruz Lobos, a 33-year-old professional with roots in Hagonoy, Bulacan, holds a dual distinction as a Licensed Professional Teacher and Registered Social Worker. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication (Major in Broadcasting) and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, he furthered his education with a Master of Science in Social Work. Currently serving as the Program Head of Social Work at Bulacan State University, Jeffrey is deeply involved in academia. In pursuit of his passion for public health, he completed his Doctorate in Public Health with a specialization in Health Management at Our Lady of Fatima University - Valenzuela Campus.
Dr. Jeffrey's commitment to advancing social work is reflected in his membership with the National Association of Social Work Education, Inc. As an accomplished researcher, he has published insightful studies such as "Social Desirability, Coping Orientation, and Behavioral Challenges of Children in Conflict with the Law" and "Consequences of Parental Absence Due to Migration: A Qualitative Inquiry into Adolescents’ Well-Being."

A Licensed Professional Teacher and Certified Human Resource Associate, her research focuses on governance, public sector management, and local administration. Dr. Jay Mark B. Santos

Dr. Jay Mark B. Santos currently serves as the Director of Academic Quality Assurance, the Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the Program Head for Language and Literature Programs at the Graduate School Department of La Consolacion University Philippines (LCUP). He earned both his Master of Arts in Education major in English and his Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from LCUP. Dr. Santos has been recognized with numerous accolades, including the International Luminary Award for Teaching (2023), the Innovative Educator as Change Maker Award during the International Innovative Future Education Summit Awards in 2021 and 2022, and the “Natatanging Guro ng Pamahalaang Hagonoy” in 2016. A member of various local and international professional organizations, Dr. Santos has been a sought-after resource speaker for seminars and workshops on topics such as Language Teaching, Constructivism, 21st-Century Skills, and Curriculum Alignment.
