JFINEX is bound to soar higher as it continues to inspire, motivate and open more opportunities for our future finance leaders with the relaunching of worthwhile activities such as campus tours and internship programs.

HRSAP

• The HRSAP is a student-led organization that aims to provide HRDM students with the knowledge, skills, and experience desirable to succeed in the continually developing human resources industry. As students studying human resource management, we will be able to establish a startup and obtain practical experience in important HR fields, as well as personal development, leadership skills, networking abilities, and future opportunities that will help you in your career.

Junior Marketing Association (JMA)

• A dynamic organization dedicated to fostering marketing excellence through academic, service, social, and sporting initiatives. Rooted in Augustinian-Marian values, it upholds the institution’s honor while cultivating marketing passion by strengthening interiority, enhancing creativity, and shaping individual growth. LCUP JMA’s mission is to elevate awareness of marketing’s role in the evolving economy, emphasizing advertising as a vital tool for publicity. It serves as a training ground for future business leaders, promoting collaboration among students, faculty, alumni, and the public. • A local chapter that acts in conformity with the laws of God, the state, and La Consolacion University Philippines. Dedicated to developing future leaders within human resources and business management courses, the organization equips students with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to excel in an ever-evolving business landscape. Guided by the tagline, "Elevating Management Excellence," the organization aims to inspire students to go beyond the ordinary and empower them to take ownership of their educational journey, symbolizing our commitment to foster an environment with innovation, critical thinking, and confident leadership. The local chapter actively participates in a wide range of academic and non-academic programs, projects, and functions while encouraging its members to engage in initiatives that promote the principles of the organization.
