NEW STUDENTS and TRANSFEREES

  1. Report Card (F-138)
  2. Average grade of at least 80%
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal/Guidance Counselour/Adviser where the student comes from
  4. Two (2) I.D. pictures (2×2)
  5. Entrance Examination

 

FOREIGN STUDENTS

  1. Additional requirements:
  2. DepEd written evaluation of the studies taken abroad
  3. Photo copy of:
  4. ACR (Alien Certificate of Registration) duly verified by DepEd
  5. Permit to study from DepEd
  6. ICR (Immigration Certificate of Residence
